Healthcare Assistant - One-to-One
Pay Rate £9.50 per hour
Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants in Huddersfield and the surrounding areas to work on a One-to-One basis supporting our clients in either residential units or their own home.
All we ask is that you have at least six months experience of working in care, in the past 3 years and have a commitment to providing compassionate, person centred care to vulnerable people.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will be completing tasks on a daily basis;
- Serving meals and helping to feed patients
- Helping the service users to move around
- Toileting
- Creating and leading activities
- Making beds
- Talking to service users and making them comfortable
- Monitoring service users conditions by taking temperatures pulse respirations and weight

In addition you will need to undertake a competency based interview via Zoom or similar, be able to provide 3 years references, and attend a one day induction training which will be held adhering to Covid-19 guidelines, including the use of PPE.
